Make a Difference
Join La Jolla Community Foundation’s efforts to make a positive impact in La Jolla. LJCF raises funds through memberships and donations for infrastructure projects to enhance our community.
LJCF’s current project, the Village Streetscape Plan, is a collaborative rehabilitation project designed to restore the infrastructure and improve the aesthetic appearance of three public right-of-way areas in La Jolla Village while prioritizing the creation of community gathering spaces, improved crosswalks, state-of-the-art curb extension, and increased shade areas.
To date, the La Jolla Community Foundation has raised $1.5M on behalf of the project, including funds already granted for the architecture and planning by the M.W. Steele Group, Inc., in collaboration with James Alcorn, Jennifer Luce, Paul Buss, Todd Fry, and Jennifer Phelps.
Support the project by giving a gift to the Village Streetscape Fund. Naming opportunities are available and donations may be made in recognition of individuals living or deceased, or in honor of a personal or professional milestone achievement.
